Staying at the Hotel
After a day on the slopes, skiing or hiking, you can relax in our "wellness" spa, in our sauna or heated swimming pool (covered in winter, in the open air in good weather), with a constant water temperature of 28 °C.
In the evenings, as you sit comfortably in our elegant lounges, why not play board games, or treat yourselves to refreshing cocktails or locally-produced liqueurs.
For those who feel the need, our Wifi internet access zone will keep you in touch with those who are unable to join you in person!
For children, we offer a games room with pool, table football and table tennis. Suitable films are offered on our projection screen.
During winter, near the hotel
Le Chabi is located near the center of La Chapelle d'Abondance village, which means it is at the heart of the 650 kms of skiable slopes of Les Portes du Soleil, a half-French half-Swiss ski resort.
During the winter, plenty of activities are available for you to enjoy Haute-Savoie's atmosphere and the joys of snowy holidays: sledge runs, skiing, snowshoe hiking, snowboarding, dogs sledding as well as cross-country skking... Ski lovers and those who enjoy snow walking will surely enjoy the many possibilities offered by the Abondance valley.

During summer, near the hotel
In the summer, the mountains offer a range of activities from mountain hiking (GR runs are accessible at a few meters from the hotel, offering access to altitude lakes...), to discovering local farms and cheese factories, and enjoying paragliding over the Valley, to playing mini golf. Other sports available nearby include VTT cycling, tennis, hang-gliding, horse riding, rafting and fishing.

Less than 1 hour's drive away
Nicely located at the center of the French Alps, the Abondance Valley is perfectly located to visit famous tourist attractions in both France and Switzerland.
In summer or in winter, you will have easy access to beautiful places and attractions such as le lac Léman (also known as the Geneva Lake), Yvoire, Swiss Vapeur Park, Aquapark to name a few.
